2026

Faces- Derelict

Second in a series of pieces inspired by cities, titled "Faces". This is short for "Faces of Ca'eam", even if the full title is never really used anywhere— it's mostly for my own amusement. This full "secret" title is an indirect reference to The Many Dreams of Ca'eam, an earlier project these pieces are stylistically downwind of.

Fake Album 2

Part of a practice/funsies project where I design fake album covers for bands that don't exist. The photo in this one is a heavily edited variant of an old one I took way back in high school!

ICoG Homepage Icons

Icon set for the buttons on this site's homepage! I really wanted to make sure that these felt like they fit together, and utilized the circular framing properly

So, I went for a negative space focused design, where each icon was "cut" out of their frames. I also decided to have each stretch edge to edge, with a shared width, for cohesion.

POLITISHIT

Written for the 48-Word RPG Jam, POLITISHIT is a game for 1+ players where they take on the role of politicians in the fictional YUESAY, serving their constituents to the very best of their abilities as crises unfold.

EVERY LOG A MEMORY is a solo journaling game about a cabin you built, and the memories within. The game was made in memory of my late great grandfather, and the illustration is of the cabin he built in the New Mexico wilderness.

Roundup time!

While the numbers do look like they're on a downward trend, a lot of the things I did in 2025 were Big projects rather than a ton of teeny ones.

That, and, life did kick me in the ribs a couple times.

                        A short poem. I can feel my 'style' for poetry really starting to find ground, now. It feels nice!

                        ICOG Blog
                        I launched a new blog! It's also where I'm dumping poems and miscellaneous prose. The site's built as a wiki, and was used as a test to figure out how to make wikis generally, for future projects.

                        APRA Website
                        I launched a new website to host APRA's wiki and ARGs! With this, I also went over a bunch of the old assets and redesigned them. There's new background art, new sponsor logos, and a few retcons/edits. I even went back and did a proper vision document to ensure future APRA work is more consistent. (Hence the retcons)

                        Chimera Hearts
                        Chimera Hearts is a volunteer network of TTRPG folk working towards various goals that aid the health & longevity of TTRPGs as a medium, a hobby, and an industry.  I designed our logo, was one of the founding members, and still help as a moderator!

                        I've been working on my own set of emoji as a side project! I'm filling gaps that the standard set lacks, and hoping to eventually cover a lot of the standard ground eventually, too.

                        This is a low-stakes thing I'm working on as warm-ups and between bigger things, so it'll be a pretty slow drip.

                        Art Style Experiments
                        I've been experimenting with ways to make my art style easier on my body, so that I can Actually Make More Things. Every big piece was taking me literal months to complete, and that felt increasing less fun. So, I've been seeing just how much of my 'stack' I can drop.

Holiday Letters 2025

I make a set of holiday letters every year, to send to friends and family. Each time, I aim to make a different type of font. I think this year focused more on the background than the letters themselves, though. I was trying my hand at a style I've seen around music spaces a lot lately.

A minimalist letter A is centered on a black, textured background. Bordering it are various festive shapes and text in white. The bottom of the card reals 'Happy holidays from Grace Gittel Lewis' A collection of minimalist red letters arranged in 3 rows. The borders of each are detailed with various white shapes and text.

Papertest

A quick abstract piece done as a rendering test that grew a lil out of hand, and became a "real" piece.

FREE WILL

FREE WILL is a 1+ player RPG about making choices, just not for yourself. A-112, also known as WILL, is an anomalous entity held within a deep underground facility. As a researcher monitoring WILL, you are able to narrate their every action.

APRA Logo

A redesigned logo for my APRA: Anomalous Parks & Recreation Areas project, part of a wider brand refresh. This was made alongside a new website here, where you can read more about the project.

WORDSWORD

Written for the 36-word RPG jam, WORDSWORD is a game for 1+ players about fighting words with words. The pen is mightier than the sword. The pen writes words. Therefore, a WORDSWORD is mightiest of all.
